When you sign up for Band Mule, you provide us with some basic information such as your name, your email address and a password for authentication. This information is stored on our services and used whenever you use our mobile or web application.

Your email address and password are used in order to authenticate the user using Band Mule. We may also use your email address to contact you regarding updates to our services, applications, terms and conditions or our policies.

Your information is currently shared with your bandmates as this is the core of the service we provide. We do not share your information with any other parties. If law dictates that your information must be shared with a legal third party such as Law Enforcement, we will comply and your information will be shared with that particular third party.

Your data is currently held indefinitely in order to provide our services. You reserve the right to request all information we hold on you at any time - Simply request this information by contacting our support team at admin@bandmule.com You also reserve the right to delete all information we hold at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail to admin@bandmule.com from the email address you signed up using the e-mail subject of “ACCOUNT DELETION”. We will respond with a confirmation e-mail once your request has been completed. When you delete your account, we will delete everything associated to your user account and this information will not be recoverable.

Your passwords are always encrypted on our servers and all connections to our servers are SSL encrypted using a secure SSL certificate. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure your data is never compromised. If your data is compromised, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe via e-mail.
